About the Role We are seeking a proactive Receptionist / Facilities Management Officer to manage our Front of House experience and support office facilities, tenancy coordination, and general administrative operations across the business. Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional Front of House service, including managing enquiries, visitor access, reception presentation and security procedures. Coordinate meeting room bookings, calendars, hospitality requirements, couriers, cabcharge registers, and general administrative support. Liaise with building management and external service providers to manage maintenance, repairs, and tenancy requirements across MUFG sites. Oversee office facilities including furniture, equipment, procurement, staff location records, and support for internal relocations. Process invoices, manage cost centre allocations, and assist with monitoring expenditure. Support Health & Safety activities including First Aid, Fire Warden duties (training provided), and maintaining safe workplace standards. Build strong relationships with suppliers to support efficient operations and identify opportunities for cost‑effective improvements.
