Duties associated with this role include reconciliation of client accounts & invoices, payroll, ATO requirements, payments & administrative duties. You'll manage stakeholders & maintain a positive client focus. Our office is based in Maroochydore and there are flexible working options/hours available for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities include: Accounts receivable & payable processing with assisted software automation Involvement in payroll & superannuation Month-end & year-end profit reporting (following existing process & procedures) Ad-hoc bookkeeping & finance tasks as required Involvement in team meetings Contribute to team discussions & collaboration for continual process improvement Undertake regular training Administrative duties as required The Ideal Candidate: This is office-based in Maroochydore (with potentially some WFH) - it is not a remote position. Qualifications in bookkeeping desirable, but not essential Well rounded experience with Xero Accounts payable, accounts receivable & payroll experience Understanding of Australian tax & GST Great communication skills & ability to build relationships Approachable person that can contribute to discussions & an open, collaborative work culture Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Reliable & punctual A friendly & fun personality are highly valued qualities!
