Job Description How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives: Provide leadership and direction for Consultants to meet RTW state benchmarks. Develop and implement strategies with team members to progress files to achieve return to work within budget and timeframes Undertake specific services and assessments such as; worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis as required. Analyse and understand closed and open case performance projections monthly Conduct initial assessments, identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios. Engage and lead team to deliver their individual KPIs and develop and implement strategies to address areas of underperformance. Involvement in recruitment and selection process and manage comprehensive on boarding of new recruits.
