About the role: Juniper is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the team at Chrystal Halliday Residential Aged Care Home in Karrinyup. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents within a residential aged care setting. You will provide clinical leadership on shift, support and supervise care staff, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes. You will play a key role in clinical assessment, care planning and evaluation, completion of AN-ACC and other required assessments, medication management, and responding appropriately to changes in resident condition. This role also requires the ability to step in to support unplanned leave when required. Shifts available: Permanent Sunday Night Shift – 9.5 hrs (ongoing) Fixed-term (AM / PM / Night Duty) AM shifts (7.75 hrs): Tuesday–Friday | contracts ending 7 May & 1 June PM shifts (6 hrs): Wednesday | contract ending 14 September Night shifts (9.5 hrs): Sunday | contract ending 20 July Shifts may be shared across 2–3 Registered Nurses.
