About the role The purpose of the role is to co-ordinate the Visitor Services team to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service to visitors and local community members accessing Tasmanian National Parks and Reserves and booking multi night walks. The role also includes ensuring effective systems and processes are in place for the administration and collection of revenue for the Parks and Wildlife Service and enhancing the visitor experience.
