Your expertise in roster building, cost control, and operational coordination will directly support our frontline teams and clients. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to maintain service continuity, optimise workforce capacity, and uphold our commitment to operational excellence. This is a role where your attention to detail and proactive approach drive the success of our people and the satisfaction of our customers. We are currently recruiting for: 9 month maternity cover contract - possibility of extension Key Responsibilities: Roster Build & Publication: Build, cost, and publish forward rosters in line with planning horizons, Award notice periods, and operational needs. Ensure all shifts comply with Enterprise Agreements, Awards, licensing, and credential requirements. Operational Coordination & Shift Management: Collaborate with Site Managers, Client Services Managers, and the National Operations Centre to meet daily and weekly coverage needs. Leave & Workforce Capacity Management: Proactively manage leave plans and workforce availability to maintain service levels. Maintain accurate data in the Workforce Management system, including cross-skilling and competencies. Cost Control & Data Integrity: Identify and reduce unrecovered costs, including overtime and unbillable codes. Ensure clean, accurate data for payroll and billing, delivering reconciled “ready-to-pay” rosters. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with operational leaders and respond to customer requests with professionalism and timely communication.
