About the Role This is a leadership role where you'll take ownership of the day to day operation of the kitchen's lunch offering, overseeing a tight-knit team of chefs and sandwich hands while collaborating closely with the bakery and pastry teams. You'll lead the production of a high-quality range including fresh sandwiches and bagels, signature sourdough pizzas, savoury pastries, and more ensuring standards, consistency, and efficiency are maintained in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Beyond production, you'll manage the smooth running of the department, including ordering and stock control, rostering, recruitment, cleaning schedules, and equipment maintenance , helping the kitchen operate safely, efficiently and at a consistently high standard as the business grows. The Candidate We're looking for a confident, practical kitchen leader who enjoys both people management and hands-on production .
