What You’ll Own Generalist P&C function Give clear, practical people advice across ER, performance, policy and employee development matters. Maintain accurate employee data and integrity across the HRIS. Prepare employment contracts, onboarding packs and compliance documents. Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and system updates. Data, Reporting & Compliance Prepare workforce metrics, dashboards and insights with the ability to leverage data to influence and make decisions Maintain compliance registers, including apprenticeships. Liaise with immigration partners to support visa documentation. What You’ll Support Talent, Performance & Capability The annual Talent Review process — including pack preparation, scheduling, data analysis and follow‑up actions. Annual remuneration processes. Embedding of the performance management framework. Succession planning tools and capability resources. Training and Development Assist the L&D function in implementing the Energise Leadership Program. Support the HSEQ team in executing their strategy, which includes conducting positive duty training, policy improvements etc Employee Relations Provide practical support on grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution and investigations. Support redundancy processes including consultation and documentation. Engagement, Culture & Inclusion Deliver the Annual Engagement Survey, including reporting and insights. Contribute to Diversity & Inclusion initiatives through data, insights and committee coordination. What You’ll Lead Relationship‑building on sites and in the office, being a trusted, visible and proactive advisor. Continuous improvement across processes that make the employee experience smoother. Small to medium P&C projects end‑to‑end, with autonomy to shape how we work. High‑impact, real‑time problem‑solving with leaders and teams. What You Bring 3–4 years’ experience in a P&C/HR Coordinator or Advisor role. Experience in ER and conflict resolution is essential IR exposure desirable Strong communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels. The ability to manage competing priorities, stay organised and drive work independently. High attention to detail and accuracy.
