Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer – MSP | Norwest, Sydney Snapshot: On-site (North West, Sydney) | Managed Services environment | BAU project delivery Salary: $115k – $135k super About the role An established Sydney-based managed services provider is looking for an experienced Level 3 Desktop Support Engineer to join its operations team. This is a hands-on role combining senior BAU support with project delivery, supporting a varied client base across Microsoft-centric environments. You’ll operate at the top end of the service desk, owning complex escalations and recurring issues, while also contributing to projects such as migrations, upgrades, remediation work, and environment standardisation. What you’ll do Deliver senior-level BAU support, resolving complex L3 incidents and problems Act as escalation point for Service Desk and onsite teams Contribute to client projects alongside BAU (upgrades, migrations, improvements) Support Microsoft infrastructure and modern workplace environments Produce clear technical documentation and project handovers Participate in an on-call roster (details discussed during process) What you’ll need Proven MSP experience in a senior desktop or Level 3 support role Strong Microsoft stack capability (M365, Azure, AD, Exchange) Solid exposure to networking, servers, and virtualisation Comfortable working within MSP tooling for ticketing, monitoring, and documentation Strong communication skills in client-facing environments Location & work model On-site in North West Sydney (5 days initially), with flexibility once established.
