Introduction Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL ) is a high-grade gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has an estimated 10 year mine life forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces in FY26. Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration potential expected to grow the current high-grade resource. The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold and nickel producing district. Description The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for the management of projects and maintenance work for all mechanical infrastructure outlined in their Areas of responsibilities, as well as the day-to-day performance of the team. This will require conducting work in accordance with company standards and core values whilst maintaining strict compliance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements. The roster for this role is on an 8/6 basis. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: Supporting the Processing Department with mechanical technical support. Aiding the company to achieve mining and production targets through the completion of projects; this includes interpreting/implementing plans, drawings and schedules and systematically coordinating allotted resources to achieve planned outcomes. Assist technicians in the development of Work packs and JHA’s. Ensuring minimal disruption to production through the implementation of maintenance strategies for equipment and infrastructure. Ensuring contingency plans are in place to source external technical support and critical spares. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements by ensuring all works performed are within relevant laws and regulations. Providing ongoing leadership and mentoring for the team. Ensuring the achievement of budgeted maintenance targets by applying effective preventative maintenance practices through scheduled inspections, adjustments, and timely repair of plant equipment. Demonstrating full compliance with the OHS and Environmental Management Systems by developing and participating in initiatives, toolbox meetings, investigations, training, assisting with the implementation/contributing to audits. Reporting all safety hazards, environmental hazards, incidents, damage, breakdowns and potential plant or equipment stoppages to a direct Supervisor. Completing all administrative processing requirements associated with maintenance duties, such as requisitioning of parts and materials, processing of maintenance orders, recording of labour time, etc. Skills And Experiences Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience: Mechanical Trade Qualification Must have completed the Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Training by March 2026 Previous experience as a supervisor and mechanical trade on a mine site Sound understanding of Fixed Plant maintenance & operations High level of knowledge in statutory safety and environmental requirements relevant to plant maintenance and classified plant Good level of knowledge in computer literacy, Pronto and MS Office Solid awareness of Maintenance Management Systems and maintenance practices in a processing environment Ability to plan and or anticipate likely scenarios as related to all key responsibility areas Able to effectively allocate the organisation’s resources to achieve business requirements Effective time management Ability to develop appropriate action plans in order to respond to current and emerging issues Good communication skills Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence WAH, Rigging, Dogging, and Confined Space (desirable) BGL is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and building an organisation which provides equal opportunities for all its employees with the objective of attracting, retaining, and developing a workforce that is representative of the wider community.
