Senior ICT Procurement Specialist Contract until the end of June 2026 $925 per day Sydney CBD/hybrid Purpose The Senior ICT Procurement Specialist partners with stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage ICT procurement arrangements to deliver value for money and effectively meet business outcomes and government directions. This role suits an experienced ICT procurement specialist who has previously been responsible for managing ICT procurement in a government department, ideally under a centralised procurement operating model. The successful candidate must be able to lead procurement activities and operate as a trusted business partner by assisting the Business to conduct procurement and deliver business outcomes in line with relevant policies and legislation. Essential skills and experience Deep understanding of the government procurement lifecycle, practical knowledge and experience in applying NSW Procurement Board Directions, NSW Government Procurement Framework and relevant NSW Whole of Government Contract arrangements and Schemes. Demonstrated experience working within a government ICT procurement framework Knowledge and understanding of ICT goods/services categories and the associated procurement risks Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing complex end-to-end ICT procurement, including strategy development, preparation of RFx documentation, leading and guiding evaluation teams, preparing evaluation reports, leading contract negotiations and contract award For more information please contact Tito Tealdo of EITR - titob@eitr.com.au
