Contract Administrator – Fit Out & Refurbishment Location: Melbourne Contract: 12-month contract We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established builder operating in the commercial fit out and refurbishment space across Melbourne. This is a 12-month contract role working across multiple fast-paced projects, including office, retail, hospitality and live environment refurbishments. Key Responsibilities End-to-end contract administration across fit out and refurbishment projects Preparation, assessment and management of progress claims and variations Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers Contract documentation and cost reporting Liaising with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and consultants Ensuring contractual compliance and supporting project delivery programs About You Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial fit out or refurbishment sector Strong understanding of contracts, cost control and project documentation Confident managing variations, progress claims and procurement packages Ability to work in fast-moving, live environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Australian construction experience essential What’s on Offer 12-month contract with a reputable fit out builder Strong pipeline of fit out and refurbishment projects Competitive contract rate Immediate or short-term start available If this role is of interest, please apply below or contact Sam Cooper for a confidential discussion.
