In this role, you will: Work closely with and report to a Litigation Director on complex and engaging commercial litigation matters Manage a diverse range of disputes, including shareholder and business partnership disputes Handle property and lease disputes across varied commercial contexts Advise and act in trust and employment-related disputes Work on matters involving misleading and deceptive conduct and related claims Enjoy a dynamic practice with significant variety, where no two days are the same Skills & experience The ideal candidate will have: 1-4 years PAE in litigious matters with a strong desire to specialise and grow your career as a commercial litigator Excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus Strong drive and motivation, with an engaging and proactive team approach A commitment to building your career long-term within a successful and growing Melbourne law firm About our client Our client is a well-regarded CBD-based law firm experiencing steady, strategic growth and known for its team of skilled and dedicated lawyers.
