This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the plant running safely, smoothly and efficiently. About the Role You’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance across the site, lead a small team of trades, and make sure our equipment and facilities stay in top condition. You’ll work closely with production and quality teams to support reliability, safety and food compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead, support and develop the onsite maintenance team Manage both preventative and breakdown maintenance across the plant Make sure all work meets food safety, hygiene and safety standards Plan and deliver maintenance schedules, reporting and improvements Coordinate contractors and service providers Support equipment upgrades, capital projects and general site improvements Keep accurate records of maintenance work and equipment performance What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role, ideally in food or manufacturing Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge Good understanding of preventative maintenance and reliability practices Experience working in HACCP and GMP environments Confident communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills Why Work With Us?
