This role will offer you: The opportunity to cross-skill in accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury functions Work in an international context, collaborating with stakeholders across the world 6 – 12 month non-ongoing contract with strong chance of extension/permanency Ability to work from home 2 days/week after the initial onboarding period The Role Key responsibilities include: Day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receipting Ensure timely and accurate processing of month-end duties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Maintaining financial and travel processing Credit card management and treasury duties Assist with month-end duties, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting Interpreting and providing advice to staff on travel entities in line with current legislation, policies, and procedures The Ideal Person You must have an existing Negative Vetting 1 security clearance to be considered for this. You will be a high-performing Finance Officer (AP/AR) who takes pride in your work. You could also be a strong administrator who currently has finance responsibilities or keen to learn more about this pathway. A high level of attention to detail is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are equally important as being able to work within the team, and external stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role. You will also be able to think independently to identify problems, show initiative and be able to deal with competing priorities.
