Location: Wetherill Park $50-52 p/h OT Permanent position Immediate Start The Role Our established client offers a clean and safe enviornment for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join an already established team of Tradesmen on Day Shift. The role offers ongoing work and an opportunity to grow for the right person. You will be working within the FMCG industry performing maintenance tasks on all plant and machinery on site. Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance on fixed plant. Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment on production lines Supporting high-speed machinery, including changeovers, shutdowns, and overhauls to reduce downtime Using hand and power tools, precision equipment, and welding for maintenance and fabrication tasks Working safely in line with site procedures, HACCP, and SOPs Collaborating with fitters and electricians to resolve faults and ensure smooth shift handovers Gaining exposure to key production and utility systems About you: Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter/Machinist with an Australian-recognised apprenticeship or Craft Certificate Strong skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, tape measurement, and reading technical drawings Experience with production lines within the FMCG industry About the role: Located in Wetherill Park Pay rate $50-52 P/h Full Time Position OT To apply, please submit your resume to franziska.moesch@2xmrecruit.com.au .
