About the role Work across multiple community settings - homes, facilities, SIL, SDA, community centres and workplaces Support community-based clients with acquired brain injuries, neurological disorders, cerebral palsy, COPD, and intellectual disabilities. Provide therapy to aged care clients with dementia and other age-related conditions in Residential Aged Care (West Melbourne & Geelong). Assist clients with all aspects of communication, and swallowing Working and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team at one of the teams hub near you! Maintain accurate documentation and engage in ongoing professional development to support best practice What is on offer?
