Are you a seasoned Senior Project Engineer ready to step into a senior role delivering some of Sydney’s most complex water and wastewater infrastructure? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected Tier 2 civil contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the Sydney metropolitan region. Pathways into Project Management available. The Opportunity You’ll take the lead on a diverse portfolio of Sydney Water projects , spanning: Force / rising mains Gravity mains Water reticulation & potable water infrastructure HDD, microtunnelling and trenchless delivery Water treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations and associated civil works As Senior Project Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership, drive project performance, and ensure compliance across quality, safety, environment and Sydney Water processes. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, site teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery from planning through to commissioning. What You’ll Bring To be successful, you will have: 5 years’ civil delivery experience across water and wastewater infrastructure Demonstrated experience delivering Sydney Water projects (essential) Demonstrated experience working for T2/T3 contractor Strong understanding of complex water assets and construction methodologies A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Proven capability managing subcontractors, budgets, QA, design coordination and project documentation A willingness to travel across various Sydney project sites What’s on Offer Salary up to $180,000 Super Vehicle Long-term career growth with a highly regarded civil contractor Diverse, technically challenging water infrastructure projects Supportive project teams and strong organisational culture If you’re looking to step into a senior role and help deliver critical water infrastructure for Sydney, we’d love to hear from you.
