Operations Manager – NSW KPI Construction Services Our NSW branch is part of the national KPI Group and has operated in NSW for over 7 years. With several major new project opportunities, we’re expanding and seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead from the field across traffic management and labour hire to join our existing team operations team. About the Role A boots-on-the-ground role building client relationships, co-ordinating and deploying site crews and fleet. You’ll oversee daily operations, co-ordinate resources, maintain compliance, and build strong site relationships — keeping jobs safe, efficient, and on schedule. If you’re organised, practical, and thrive in fast-moving environments, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support field crews across traffic and labour sites. Manage daily schedules and ensure safe, on-time delivery. Liaise with clients, councils, and internal teams on permits and site needs. Maintain SWMS, incidents, and compliance documentation. Strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities. What You’ll Bring Experience in construction, traffic, or labour hire operations. Strong field leadership and confident client communication. Knowledge of traffic permits, TMPs, and safety standards. Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and builder portals. Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure. Success After 12 Months NSW operations running smoothly and safely. Zero compliance gaps — all CARs and incidents closed promptly.
