Description Position: UI focused tester Required Experience: 6 to 8 years Work Location: Sydney Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Equivalent About Team & Product/Project Details: · You will be working in a dynamic, agile development team, developing treasury solutions. What you will be doing (Shift Time & Key Roles and Responsibilities): · Develop quality Treasury Software in an agile based environment. What you bring (Experience Level & Mandatory Skills in potential candidate): · 6-8 years of experience in testing and automation GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES · Skill in leading testing activities and managing them effectively under pressure. · Ability to maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders. · Ability to provide testing solutions and best practices. · Ability to operate independently. · Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and problem-solving skills. · Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. · Controls and manages own daily test activities. · Supports team to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. · Other related duties assigned as needed. · Identify automation gaps. · Creates test strategy for the features being developed. · Reviews test cases written by team. · Experience in writing different types of test cases i.e. Units, UI based etc. · Reviews test coverage of test cases written by team. Reviews test strategy provided by the team. Skills · Technical expertise in Selenium, C# .Net, NUnit, Web Drivers · Experience with SQL · Domain knowledge of Electronic Fund Transfer · Experience with Continuous Integration tools, for example Jenkins · Experience with Release Processes. · Experience with Object Oriented Programming and Design. · Experience with industry standard development practices. · Experience with any of the source code management system. · Manual and Automated testing Added bonus if you have (Desirable skills): · Ruby language. · Jest. · Agile process. · Finance domain. · Jira. · Svn/GIT/GHE. · Jenkins.
