Multi Skilled labourers, Operator's, HR Driver's, Concreters form workers and Steel Fixers NEEDED! Our company is seeking experienced operators, HR Drivers, multi skilled labourers, civil labourers Concreters, pipe layers, form workers and Steel Fixers for works at Blacktown Location. Previous civil experience and bridge works is a MUST. They are to work with their busy civils team and get the job done and purely performance based. These roles are ongoing casual with a view to permanent for the right candidates. They scope of works is installation of small conduits & concreting. We are seeking motivated, fit and healthy candidates that have a can-do attitude. Desired experience for all or part of the below requirements: Over 5 years’ experience Operating excavators and Multi Skilled Labourers working around services, final trim, trenching, and pipe laying. Ability to Understand and Adhere to All safety regulations, SWMS and Policies for the business and site specific. Ability to perform duties with different auxiliary equipment e.g. Auger, hammer Over 5 years minimum previous Concrete, formwork and Steel Fixer's experience essential. Previous civil and bridge works experience is a MUST. Have basic mechanical knowledge of plant and equipment and be able to perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot breakdown and issues to communicate to fitters and mechanics Conducting daily pre starts on equipment and identify and maintenance requirements in a prompt and timely manner Work well in a team environment and be able to work unsupervised Have a great attitude towards the work and be willing to get out of the machine and assist when needed Be pro-active and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Minimum of manual car drivers' license but HR is beneficial. Requirements: White Card essential Excavator Operator license and VOC to apply for Excavator Positions Demonstrated previous experience Must be willing to undergo random drug and alcohol testing on site Strong work ethic Competence with both hand and power tools Experience in installation or skilled labour roles EWP ticket (over 15m) and High-Risk Work Permit (WP) to apply for EWP Operator positions At least 1 year of experience operating an EWP.
