We’re looking for a strategic and motivated Senior Lifecycle Specialist to shape how our supporters (customers) engage with us. In this role, you’ll lead the strategic development of supporter journeys that drive growth, strengthen loyalty, and foster long-term donor relationships. Working closely with key stakeholders to define strategies that support both new and ongoing fundraising programs, you will design the end-to-end supporter experience, ensuring each touchpoint is meaningful, timely, and aligned with our purpose.
