You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure systems run efficiently, meet business needs, and align with ITIL and SIAM practices. This role requires participation in the on-call support roster. What you'll do Manage software vulnerability analysis and ensure compliance across APIs and web applications. Build automation and develop scripts to enhance reporting and data analysis for Security Vulnerabilities management. Guide operational teams to deliver consistent service management across incident, change, and release processes. Collaborate with engineering, testing, and support teams to optimise system performance and reduce manual effort. Facilitate change and release management forums, including CAB meetings and reporting. Monitor service delivery effectiveness and drive continual improvement initiatives. Participate in on-call support for critical production issues within the Insurance Enterprise Technology domain. What you'll bring Experience in IT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management (1–2 years minimum). Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow. Ability to apply technical expertise across Spring Boot APIs, React UI, and Adobe Experience Manager. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, development, scripting, and data analysis.
