We’re seeking a passionate Therapeutic Specialist to support Children and Young People with complex needs. In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver trauma-informed, person-centred and culturally responsive therapeutic supports, lead care teams, and drive best practice across residential services. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll develop and implement care and intervention plans, support placements and transitions, and ensure compliance with legislation and standards. This is a non-clinical role with clinical supervision, offering the chance to truly walk alongside young people on their therapeutic journey.
