You will oversee responsibility for the operational management and supervision of the Care Worker staff within the Residential Care Home. About the Role As a Workforce Team Leader, you will champion a calm, inclusive environment where residents are truly known, respected, and supported to live life on their terms. Leading by example, you will coach and empower your team to deliver care that reflects the unique rhythms and preferences of each resident — not just tasks. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residential home model thrives by fostering teamwork, continuous learning, and high standards in care and hospitality. What You’ll Do Mentor, nurture, coach and inspire Care Workers Team training, constructive feedback and development initiatives Support the recruitment, induction and onboarding process Drive a customer centric approach Positively contribute to the financial performance and strategic direction Drive continuous improvement using workforce/customer feedback and forums Ensure services are provided in line with the aged care standards Contribute to accreditation processes What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in aged care, hospitality, or a related setting. Certificate IV in Leadership & Management or equivalent experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills. A genuine commitment to person-centred, rights-based care approaches. National Police Check (within 12 months), current driver’s licence, and compliance with vaccination requirements. ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
