Mauri is seeking a Head of BI Operations ANZ to lead operational performance across our Australian Bakery Ingredients manufacturing sites at Wetherill Park and Camellia, with a strong dotted‑line relationship to our Hamilton (NZ) site. The role may be based across our Australian sites, with regular travel to Sydney and other key operational locations required. Reporting to the Operational Excellence Director, this is a senior leadership position accountable for delivering safe, efficient and customer‑focused operations across a multi‑site manufacturing network, while shaping a future‑ready operating model. This role will be responsible for: Leading multi‑site bakery ingredients operations with a clear focus on safety, quality, service and cost discipline. Translating Mauri's strategy into practical operational plans, balancing future‑state thinking with brilliant execution of the fundamentals. Driving production performance through disciplined planning, standard operating systems and consistent governance across sites. Championing cost management and continuous improvement, with a strong understanding of value drivers and operational efficiency. Ensuring uncompromising people safety and food safety Strengthening customer experience, maintaining high product quality standards and proactively managing quality risk. Leading with edge and developing people through building capability, succession and a strong performance culture. You will hold senior operations leadership experience—ideally within food, ingredients or agricultural processing, and bring a clear ambition to grow in this role and into future leadership opportunities within the business. You will demonstrate strong strategic capability, with the ability to anticipate future operating needs and lead change effectively, underpinned by proven experience in cost control, process optimisation and continuous improvement. Highly self-aware and learning agile, you are genuinely committed to developing others, building succession, and lifting capability across the organisation, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across Mauri and AB Mauri.
