Production Manager Required | Windows & Doors | Western Sydney | $100-130K Super | Oversee factory, QA, Processes & Team | Immediate Start | Location: Western Sydney, NSW Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Super (DOE) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate (within 2-3 weeks) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee factory operations for a busy windows and doors manufacturer. The successful candidate will manage a skilled team of 6-10 staff, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Director, coordinating production, QA, processes, and logistics, and supporting several large-scale projects, including two schools and a nursing home in Western Sydney. Key Responsibilities Factory Coordination: Supervise day-to-day production, staff, and workflow. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and compliance requirements. Process Management: Maintain efficient production processes and accurate documentation. Health & Safety: Monitor and enforce workplace safety procedures. Logistics: Coordinate materials and deliveries for ongoing projects. Project Oversight: Support large projects in residential, commercial, and educational sectors. Software Use: Utilise V6 software for production tracking and documentation (experience advantageous). What We're Looking For Proven experience in aluminium windows and doors production prefered. Hands-on experience in factory management, team coordination, and production oversight. Strong understanding of QA processes, health & safety, and compliance standards. Highly organised with excellent documentation and reporting skills. Ability to liaise professionally with directors, staff, and clients. Experience with V6 software is highly desirable. Available to start within 2-3 weeks.
