Manage patient care from pre- to post-op and contribute to heart and lung rehabilitation Build strong relationships with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team Create a safe, responsive environment guided by evidence-based practice Maintain accurate records and support junior staff and students Drive your professional growth through hands-on experience and ongoing development About you You are a motivated nurse ready to deliver exceptional patient care and thrive in a supportive, high-acuity environment.
