You’ll support the Nurse Unit Manager, guide teams and keep day to day operations running smoothly. This is a chance to build capability, drive consistency and make a real impact on patient outcomes. Key duties • Support clinical leadership across the ward or unit • Guide nurses and students to grow skills and confidence • Coordinate staffing, rosters, leave and work allocation • Assist recruitment, performance and attendance processes • Implement practice change and service improvement • Monitor supplies, budgets and daily unit priorities About You You’re a registered nurse ready to lead with confidence, support teams and deliver safe, high quality care.
