The primary function of the Systems Analyst is to work with users to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems, and design and modify systems to meet users' business needs. Key Duties include : Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process; Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and demonstrate system navigation and usage in SAP Public Cloud. Configure and deliver end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling modules to meet business requirements. Develop a customized security and roles matrix based on business segregation of duties. Document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows to support process redesign using SAP Signavio Process Manager. Gather current business processes and analyse them in relation to the global SAP design to identify gaps. Perform various system tests, including unit testing and system integration testing, to validate system performance and integrity. Prepare user manuals and training materials, and deliver hands-on sessions to support end users. Provide hypercare support post-implementation to resolve issues encountered by end users. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, execution, defect resolution, and issue follow-up with business users. Write clear functional specifications to support custom program development and system enhancements. To be considered you will need a level of skill commensurate with a relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification and at least 3 years of relevant post qualification employment experience OR at least five years of relevant employment experience.
