About The Position This Assistant Manager role supports the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day venue operations while maintaining strong service and compliance standards. You will play a hands-on leadership role, supporting staff on shift and ensuring smooth service delivery across key departments. Position Description Support the General Manager with daily venue operations Lead service across bar, gaming, TAB and floor operations Supervise and support staff during service periods Cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliations Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG and gaming regulations Assist with rosters and shift coverage as required Maintain high service and operational standards Position Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or management role Current RSA and RCG (VIC) - ARCG highly regarded Strong cash handling experience TAB and Keno experience preferred Understanding of AML/CTF compliance ideal Flexible availability across rotating opens and closes Strong leadership and communication skills Salary & Benefits $80,000 - $90,000 Super Flexible rotating roster (latest close 12am) Short-term accommodation support (2-4 weeks) Stable leadership structure reporting directly to the GM To apply online, please click on the apply button.
