What Your Days Will Look Like You won't be chained to a desk. This is a field-based role where you’ll be the face of the business across a productive beef, dairy, and sheep region. 60% Farm / 40% Retail: You’ll be out in the paddocks talking to producers one day and working with our retail partners and vets the next. Territory Growth: You’ll own the Southern Tablelands, South Coast, and ACT. The Travel Balance: We value your lifestyle. While you’ll be on the road, travel is manageable—usually only about one night away per week. Solutions-Focused: You aren't just "selling" products; you're providing animal health solutions that drive real results for livestock owners. Who We’re Looking For Whether you’re a rising star or a seasoned industry pro, we want to hear from you. The Background: You have a solid understanding of the livestock industry (Beef, Dairy, and Sheep). If you’ve got a couple of years in Agribusiness or Animal Health sales, great. If you are significantly more senior, we still absolutely encourage you to apply. The Territory Expert: Ideally, you know the patch from Goulburn out to the coast and down to Bombala. The Mindset: You’re someone who loves growing a territory and isn't afraid to get your boots dirty to build long-term partnerships. The Package (The Good Stuff) We believe in rewarding our people properly. Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (Tier 1), with flexibility to move higher for senior candidates. Superannuation: 12% standard, plus an extra 2% company match if you contribute. Bonuses: High-performance incentives up to $34,000.
