They are looking for a Spray Seal Supervisor to join their Newcastle team, to start asap. As part of their Infrastructure Services Team and will be responsible for supervising day to day spray seal activities across NSW. Responsibilities will include: Drive efficient & safe onsite daily operations to ensure profit targets are achieved with high focus on HSEQ. Ensure high utilisation of equipment and ensure required repair and maintenance is carried out in a timely and effective manner. Liaising with clients in regard to job needs and expectations. Planning and management of onsite activities including subcontractors and hire equipment. Effective people management of the crew. Completion of works in line with our tendered expectations. Ability to travel and work away as required. Requirements: Extensive experience in spray seal in a leadership role Hands on experience in bituminous spray sealing work delivery including operation of equipment. Experience in providing bituminous spray seal work scope and product advice that is value add to customers. Completed a recognised Leadership training course; (preferred but not mandatory) Completed AFPA Safely Working with Bituminous materials and Sprayed Sealing Selection and Design training course.
