Duties This role will be both operational and strategic in its focus, meaning a high level of ‘hands on’ involvement across the areas of:- Client Relationship Management Business Development Communications & Digital Marketing Advertising, Merchandising and Collateral Sponsorship & Donations Key responsibilities include: focusing on key clients, raising the firm’s profile and pursuing new growth opportunities; working with lawyers and practice groups to implement business development plans; supporting client and referrer relationship management; managing the CRM system and BD initiatives; overseeing marketing content, the website and LinkedIn; delivering events and sponsorship activities; and identifying opportunities to improve BD and marketing processes. The ideal candidate Success in this role requires strong relationship-building with the firm’s Partners, a collaborative and approachable style, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline (Marketing or Business Development) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
