As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to join our Perth-based team and support operations across Western Australia, including the Pilbara. The Role Reporting to senior management, the Transport Supervisor will play a critical role in coordinating daily transport operations, supporting drivers, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily transport schedules, rosters, and client requirements Act as the first point of contact for drivers, troubleshooting operational issues Manage transport systems including pre-starts, timekeeping, fatigue management, and compliance records Oversee daily resource allocation and deployment of personnel and assets Liaise with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure seamless handovers between shifts with clear safety communication Safety, Health & Compliance Champion safety leadership and role model high WHS standards Ensure compliance with company policies, accreditations, and industry regulations Monitor safety performance, document incidents, and manage non-conformance Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings Participate in hazard identification and risk management programs Ensure all staff are appropriately trained, inducted, rostered, and competent Supervise performance, conduct reviews, and manage leave and backfills About You You are a proactive and organised leader who thrives in fast-paced operational environments. You will bring: Previous experience supervising company drivers and subcontractors Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills High level of computer literacy and experience with transport software systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of transport compliance, WHS standards, and industry regulations FIFO, mine-site transport or shutdown experience (highly regarded) A safety-focused, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset Other Responsibilities Maintain accurate time and attendance records Undertake required training and site inductions Perform additional duties as required to support operations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams Why Join Marlu Group?
