Description Lead and support a team of Sales Brokers to achieve sales and performance targets. Set monthly goals, GROW plans, and KPIs while ensuring accountability across the team. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, call calibrations, and performance feedback. Champion sales processes and ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
