Position Overview The SureSmile Sales Specialist is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and growing Orthodontists and General Dentists within an assigned territory to increase utilisation of SureSmile robotically bent wires and clear aligner solutions . This role combines hunter-style new business development with strategic account management and close collaboration with Clinical Implementation and CAD/CAM Specialists to ensure a seamless transition from first engagement through sustained practice adoption. You will drive territory performance through strong relationship building, a deep understanding of clinical and digital workflows, and the ability to translate SureSmile's clinical and digital capabilities into meaningful practice growth. Primary Objectives Achieve and exceed territory sales and utilisation targets aligned with regional and national SureSmile strategies Identify and win new SureSmile providers through targeted prospecting and tailored clinical workflow assessments Ensure onboarding success by partnering closely with Clinical Implementation Specialists Grow existing customer utilisation through data-driven reviews, coaching, and digital workflow optimisation Represent Dentsply Sirona professionally across practices, events, and regional activities Key Accountabilities Planning Develop and execute the annual Territory Sales Plan Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Provide territory insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders Implementation Drive new customer acquisition through structured prospecting and practice engagement Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within practices Lead commercial onboarding and set early utilisation expectations Partner with CAD/CAM and Digital Specialists to support integrated workflows and DS Core connectivity Act as the primary point of contact for assigned practices Reporting & Analysis Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales, onboarding, and account activity Review territory performance and recommend corrective or growth actions Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting Teamwork & Collaboration Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, State Managers, Clinical Implementation, CAD/CAM Specialists, and Customer Support teams Contribute to state and national initiatives to strengthen SureSmile's market position Health & Safety Adhere to all WHS policies and procedures Identify and report risks and hazards proactively Experience & Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or territory management Experience in orthodontics, clear aligners, or the dental industry preferred Experience training clinicians in clinical or digital workflows preferred Strong consultative selling, presentation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory Skills & Competencies Customer Focus Drive for Results Strategic Thinking Problem Solving Teamwork & Collaboration Innovation & Creativity Accountability Integrity Why Join Dentsply Sirona?
