The role This is a newly created Victoria Sales Manager role, designed specifically for a high-performing senior BDM or an emerging BD leader ready to step up. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, your mandate is clear: build momentum, build capability and win new business . You will own the Victorian new business agenda, driving growth through proactive prospecting, solution-led selling and relationship building across the freight and logistics market. This role is about more than individual contribution. You’ll be expected to set the pace, build an ambitious and driven team around you, and establish a repeatable new business engine for Victoria. You’ll work closely with the executive leadership team and internal stakeholders to shape and execute a Victorian growth strategy aligned to the national direction, while still having the autonomy to back yourself, move fast and create your own career trajectory.
