This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Disclosure and Fund Compliance, you’ll be at the centre of delivering superior governance, project leadership, and client service. You’ll partner with the Responsible Entity (RE) Services Team to manage scheme changes including listings and delistings, new share classes, provider transitions, scheme terminations, and updates to benchmarks, investment objectives, and strategies. About the Role Work with the Responsible Entity Services Team to deliver high quality, exceptional and compliant scheme amendments and transactions Facilitate the change management of scheme amendments and transactions within expected timeframes, scope and quality constraints Work closely with the Senior Disclosure and Fund Compliance Manager and Client Management team to deliver high quality scheme amendments, transactions, contract negotiations and customer experience Other specific day to day activities include: Scheme change assessment and execution Legal document negotiation Board approvals Project management of scheme amendments Technical queries SLA changes Rollover of buy backs for listed schemes and other portfolio management activity Manage incidents and events from Investment Managers. About you We’re looking for someone with: Tertiary qualifications in law, business, accounting or other similar discipline Financial services experience – minimum 3 years, with at least 2 years ideally in an outsourced Responsible Entity (RE) model Previous experience working in compliance for 2 years preferably gained within investment management Strong knowledge of the managed funds industry including fund documents and fund operations Experience in presenting to the subsidiary boards and a very high level of written and verbal communication. Project management experience is highly regarded, along with the ability to work in an agile environment Ability to assess the impact of a change , drive and work through legal changes Knowledge of core toolset (MS Office, MS Project) Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
