The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and proactive Physiotherapist to join our community team in Melbourne. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct holistic assessments (falls risk, functional capacity, mobility) in residential settings. Tailored Care Plans: Develop and implement evidence-based reablement and physiotherapy treatment plans to maximize independence. Manual Handling & Falls Prevention: Provide education to care staff and residents on safe mobility, transfers, and falls prevention. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with HCP/NDIS funding requirements. Collaboration: Liaise with GPs, families, and Case Managers to facilitate positive outcomes. What We Are Looking For Qualifications: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) recognized by AHPRA. Registration: Current AHPRA registration. Experience: Minimum 1 years clinical experience, ideally within community or aged care settings. Skills: Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and patience. Requirements: A valid driver’s license, reliable car, and a clear Police Check.
