Our client is looking for a capable Project Manager to support a large and established delivery function within a retail environment. This team is responsible for keeping critical business systems running, improving operational processes, and delivering technology and process changes that impact how the business operates day-to-day. Projects sit across a variety of initiatives. The work spans both larger, multi-stream projects and smaller, fast-moving pieces of delivery that still require strong structure and communication. This is a role for a PM who is comfortable operating in complexity. The environment is busy and the portfolio is varied. You will thrive if you like to build context quickly, ask the right questions, and keep delivery moving. $920 p/d super Initial 6 month contract (opportunity to extend) NSW, 2153 (3 days a week, in office) Requirements & responsibilities: Proven experience in program management, with a focus on technology and system transitions. Exceptional ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, with strong interpersonal skills and presence. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and busy environment. Self-driven, able to get into the details when required, and maintain momentum across multiple phases of the program. Be proactive in identifying and solving problems, diving into details when needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
