As a Retail Assistant in our Brisbane Central Station store you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. What being a Retail Assistant is all about: Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude. Processing purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Replenishing stock, merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well presented. Assisting customers with product enquiries and offering recommendations. What our Stores would love to see: A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store. Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards. Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
