You’ll build a strong team culture, support recovery focused care and keep the unit running smoothly. • Lead daily clinical practice • Support staff growth and guidance • Coordinate staffing rosters and leave • Drive quality care and improvement About You You’re a confident mental health nurse who leads with care, clarity and purpose.
