Recognised for excellence as an AFR BOSS Best Place to Work in the Health category in 2024 About You Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology OR Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy Registered with ASORC, AASW, AHPRA or ESSA Full working rights Australian Driver's Licence Experience Managing Junior Consultants Experience in Occupational Rehab The Role Leading a team of 4–6 consultants while overseeing a small caseload and delivering purpose‑driven, client‑focused, high‑impact services Coach and empower your team members to thrive and collaborate Build strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and key stakeholders to drive positive, meaningful outcomes for the people you support. Partner with leading treatment providers including Doctors, Specialists and Allied Health Professionals to create the best possible recovery outcomes for your clients. Get out and about each week as you visit a variety of workplaces to understand job demands firsthand and support safe, sustainable return‑to‑work plans. Educate and empower employers with practical strategies to prevent workplace injuries and foster safer working environments. Provide clinical insight with purpose through clear, evidence‑based report writing that informs and guides next steps.
