The Role Scalabrini is looking for a People, Learning and Culture Business Partner to join our People, Learning and Culture team. A key part of your role will be to drive / embed change and provide business partnering that will deliver impactful, best in class solutions in the human resources arenas. Reporting to the Director – People, Learning and Culture, the role will partner in supporting leaders in our village leadership teams and in our Support Office to grow and develop our people, supporting change and resilience through the wave of changes in the sector, while providing practical, fit for purpose advice and approaches on a day to day basis. You will also be in on the ground floor as the leadership team delivers on the Mission Plan and strategy in regards to our Labour Agreements, which provides a permanent residency pathway for our migrant workers. About you You are a hands on operator, with proven experience as a business partner working closely with those in business operations. You are just as comfortable running a disciplinary process as you are vigorously debating policy and process with a broad range of core human resources practitioner skills as this is a generalist role. You are outcomes driven, with the drive to make a difference in the lives of our people. Experience with unions, Enterprise agreements and Modern Award interpretation will be key to achieving success in this role. The role will involve weekly travel onsite to 2-3 of our villages across Sydney. These locations are generally not close to public transport connections so access to a car will be essential for this role. The expectation is that this role will be able to work from home one day per week.
