The role: Working as a service advisor alongside a results-oriented and highly dedicated service team within a newly refurbished state-of-the-art showroom, you'll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of defining and maintaining the exacting standards to which BMW customers truly deserve. Roles and responsibilities will include: Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service. Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity. Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop. Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards. Build and maintain solid product knowledge through active participation in all manufacturer and internal training programs. Assist in meeting and exceeding key departmental performance indicator targets. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in a similar client-facing / customer service role Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel etc Advanced MS office and general computer skills.
