CLMU Pty Ltd Full Time Painter Required CLMU Pty Ltd are currently seeking skilled and experienced full-time Painters to join our busy team. To be successful for this opportunity, ideally you will be a trade qualified and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. You will be reliable and hardworking and hold the following: Qualifications/Work Experience Required : Cert III Trade qualification (preferred, but not mandatory) and/or A minimum of 3 years relevant experience. 2 x contactable referees Responsibilities and duties of the role will include: Prepare surfaces for painting then apply paint, varnish, wallpaper and other finishes to protect, maintain and decorate interior and exterior surfaces of domestic, commercial and industrial building and other structures. TASKS TO INCLUDE : Erecting scaffolding and ladders and placing drop sheets to protect adjacent area from paint splattering. Preparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, repairing woodwork, poly filling holes and cracks, sanding and sealing surfaces. Selecting and preparing paints to required colours by mixing portions of pigment, oil and thinning and drying additives. Applying paints, varnishes and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers and sprays. Cleaning equipment and work areas. Salary: $90,000 -$110,000 per annum
