Your Opportunity Our People and Capability team currently has an exciting opportunity for an Experience Partner to join the team for a 12-month fixed term . The Experience Partner role is focused on working with our senior business leaders to drive high performance and deliver meaningful change through co-designing, planning and delivering experience programs and supporting the continued development of leaders and their teams to improve business performance outcomes. Accountabilities include: In partnership with Executive Leaders and senior leaders, develop workforce and talent management plans and strategies for complex 24 x 7 operational environments. Develop collaborative relationships with senior leaders and their team by providing high-quality HR professional consulting services to support the delivery of business strategy and plans. Implement formal leadership coaching and team development frameworks for several business unit areas. Provide others throughout the organisation with informal coaching and mentoring. Build strong relationships with senior leaders and act as a coach and voice for their stakeholders Provide insights and awareness to senior business leaders using a wide range of data sources to support the planning and execution of targeted experience improvement programs. In partnership with Executive Leaders and senior leaders, develop workforce and talent management plans and strategies for complex 24 x 7 operational environments. Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures. Provide insights and awareness to senior business leaders using a wide range of data sources to support the planning and execution of targeted experience improvement programs. Manage workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects Produce workstream or project plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organised to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organisation's project management framework. Deliver training courses or programs, engaging, advising, guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a similar relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory. Reporting to the Manager Partnering, you will apply your business and consulting skills to provide objective advice and expertise and play an important role in bringing the integrated Experience Group strategy to life.
