The Social & Content Partnerships Director helps to lead and inspire the entire Create Brisbane team at all stage of the campaign life cycle. This role is a 12-month parental leave contract and involves end-to-end project management – from initial briefing and idea development through to execution, delivery and post-campaign wrap up. What you'll do: Lead the strategic interpretation of briefs, delivering bold, effective responses Champion cross-pillar collaboration to unlock innovative, integrated solutions that align with overarching media objectives Own media partner engagement – from shaping briefing direction and leading feedback to evaluating proposals and driving innovation that delivers against client goals Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring best in class project management and consistently high client satisfaction. Lead the creation of compelling, story-led presentations that clearly communicate strategic priorities and creative direction Support team progression through structured coaching and leadership development What you'll need: Media or marketing experience needed with a keen interest in partnerships, experiential activations, branded content, social media and influencer marketing. Strategic and executional expertise in integrated media solutions Solutions-focused, collaborative and curious thinking Proven leadership skills, ability to inspire and manage a team, ensuring effective team workflows and a high performing team culture Ability to build strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor Exceptional project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns, clients and partner agencies concurrently What's in it for you?
