Job Summary: As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing new HUBconnect clients onboard - turning plans into action and data into seamless solutions. Partnering closely with the Implementation Lead, you'll be hands-on in configuring systems, validating data, and supporting smooth go-lives. From onboarding and training to troubleshooting and collaboration across teams, you’ll help deliver a first-class experience for every client. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, working with data, and creating great customer outcomes in a fast-paced, technical environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage client onboarding activities from start to go-live Configure systems and validate client data for accuracy and completeness Deliver training sessions, webinars, and support materials to clients Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate when needed Maintain implementation checklists, trackers, and documentation Collaborate with product, engineering, and client success teams Monitor implementation progress and follow up on outstanding items Capture client feedback to suggest process and communication improvements Test new features and system fixes during onboarding cycles Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries and support Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–3 years’ experience in software/platform implementations (SaaS, fintech, or financial services preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Customer-centric mindset with a solution-focused approach Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments General knowledge of financial markets or platforms (desirable) Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking Understanding of client onboarding and change management principles The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
